University of Warsaw is the largest and oldest university in Poland. Its strong programs include international relations, economics, law, languages, and IT. The university actively participates in international exchange programs and offers English-taught undergraduate and graduate programs, with strong research in social sciences and humanities.

Admission
International students apply through the university’s online portal. English-taught programs require a high school diploma and English proficiency (TOEFL 80–90 or IELTS 6.0–6.5). Engineering and science programs require the CISIA computerized test: TOLC-I (engineering, programming, IT), TOLC-E (economics, business), TOLC-SU (humanities), TOLC-B (biology, natural sciences), TOLC-F (pharmacy). Interviews or subject tests may also be required.

Financial assistance and grants
University of Warsaw offers merit-based scholarships and partial tuition grants for international students. Polish government scholarships and Erasmus+ programs are also available.

Cost of tuition
Tuition for international students is approximately €2,000–€4,000 per year.
